Located 45 KM from Al Za’farana – Al Ain Al Sokhna, with an area of 595 feddans and a 6 KM beach, this mega project consists of 3,000 residential units of different areas, a retail centre for phase 1 and mixed use buildings at the marina, 4 hotels, a marina that can take up to 400 boats and yachts, numerous cafeterias spread throughout and 24 swimming pools. The design scope extended from the schematic phase all the way to the tender phase.
