Stone Street is a mixed-use urban development located in New Cairo, designed to offer a vibrant blend of retail, leisure, and commercial experiences. Spanning 160,000 m² of land and 550,000 m² of built-up area, the project was planned to serve as a dynamic hub with open-air promenades, landscaped plazas, and modern architectural elements. The development features pedestrian-friendly zones, high-end retail outlets, entertainment venues, and dining areas, all integrated within a cohesive urban framework. The scope included master planning, architectural and landscape design, structural engineering, and full coordination among disciplines. Services were delivered from schematic design through to design development, construction documentation, and tender stages.
