The main vision of the project was based on the aim of producing a unique design that combines the spirit of both built (residential / commercial) and natural environments. The project includes an interconnected fabric of the service components in accordance with the economic vision provided aiming at the financial success of the project. These components include:

  • Complex markets and residential commercial areas.
  • Separate multi-storey apartment buildings.
  • Four Star hotel, serviced apartments and chalets.
  • Trade Show offices.
  • Restaurants, cafes, cinema, galleries, bowling, skating and a variety of sports and games areas.
  • Health complex and health clubs.
