Al Maqsad – Villas is a high-end residential development located in Districts 4 and 5 of R3 in the New Administrative Capital. Covering 201 feddans, the project features a collection of standalone villas and townhouses organized within a well-structured urban layout that promotes privacy, comfort, and community living. The master plan integrates green spaces, internal road networks, and public amenities, creating a cohesive and upscale neighborhood. The scope of work included master planning, city and urban planning, urban design, architectural and landscape design, civil and structural engineering, MEP, visualization, and construction supervision. Services spanned from the early design stages through to detailed design and implementation oversight.
