Al Maqsad – Apartments is a large-scale residential development located in Districts 3 and 6 of R3 in the New Administrative Capital. Spanning 200 feddans, the project offers a modern urban living experience through meticulously planned neighborhoods, landscaped open spaces, and an efficient street network. The development features mid-rise residential buildings complemented by green areas, community services, and walkable environments. The scope of work included master planning, urban planning and design, architectural and landscape design, civil and structural engineering, MEP, visualization, and construction supervision. The project progressed from initial conceptual stages through full design development and site implementation oversight.
