The Al-Alamein District project is a large-scale, integrated development located in New Alamein City, covering an area of approximately 609 feddans. Designed as a modern, year-round urban destination, the project serves as a national model for sustainable coastal development on Egypt’s northern Mediterranean shore.
The district is positioned near the main entrance of New Alamein City and overlooks a scenic stretch of the Mediterranean coast, offering residents and visitors a vibrant mix of amenities throughout the year. The master plan includes a wide range of residential typologies — including apartments and villas — with over 7,500 residential units in total, distributed across 8696 units with sizes ranging from 65 to 500 m².
In addition to residential components, the project features a rich array of facilities including marinas, hotels with up to 280 rooms, a beachfront resort, a yacht club, a wellness center, a cultural and social club, event and multipurpose halls, and spas. The design also integrates extensive recreational, commercial, and administrative zones, as well as public services and green spaces. Religious facilities such as two mosques are also included within the urban fabric.
The project was designed to align with Egypt’s national vision for smart and sustainable urban expansion, and aims to establish a dynamic economic hub that supports tourism, seasonal and permanent residency, and diverse commercial activity. The design reflects global best practices while preserving visual connections to the natural beauty of the Mediterranean environment.
Our scope of work encompassed concept planning, schematic design, design development, construction drawings and tender documents, and full site supervision.
